MiniGym

4-5 yo, boys and girls

A recreational class for boys and girls that class focuses on basic (yet essential) gymnastics shapes, locomotions and movements, which allows to develop strength, balance, springing and spatial awareness. A variety of modified and full-size equipment is used: MiniGymers learn their first gymnastics skills on bars, beam, trampoline and vault.

Jr. Recreational

Beginner to intermediate. Co-ed Recreational programs that include various gymnastic apparatus with emphasis on step-by-step progression. Gymnasts will learn and develop new skills at individual rates: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, springs and swings along with basic balance, strength and flexibility skills.

Sr. Recreational

8 yo +, boys and girls

About Northern Stars Gymnastics

A gymnastics club for girls and boys, serving Barrie, ON since 2005. Our programs range from beginner classes to competitive training, and at every stage of student development we focus on positive attitudes, continuous learning, and achieving potential!
